Welcome!

 Second grade is a year filled with learning!  We love to read and learn about the Bible and how God used people in the Bible to show us different character qualities that He can develop in us too.  We also spend time learning about math concepts such as estimation, measuring, math facts, multi-digit addition and subtraction, and much more.  Throughout the day we enjoy reading groups, seatwork time, spelling practice, centers, and specials such as: science, history, health, spanish, physical education, music, art, and computer lab.  Our goal each day is to have an open mind for what God has to teach us in all of these areas.  Ask a second grade, "What did you learn today?"
